Please review the following list of guidelines prior to your next visit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to ensure the safety of both our guests and staff.
We are reducing the number of people in our space by taking fewer appointments throughout the day and we ask that everyone maintain a safe distance from others, except for necessary stylist/client interactions. Sadly, this includes touchless greetings/goodbyes.
All staff + guests will be required to wear masks that secure behind the ears. Your mask will get wet and may be stained during color service. If you do not have a mask, or do not want it potentially damaged during service, we will have some available for purchase.
Everyone must consent to have their temperature taken upon entry. Anyone with a temperature over 100˚ will not be permitted inside for a period of 14 days.
If you are feeling ill, or have knowingly been in contact with someone who is sick, we ask that you please cancel and reschedule your appointment. We will be waiving cancellation fees at this time, but no-shows will still be charged.
Please call us when you have arrived and wait in your car or outside the salon until we are ready for your appointment. No additional people will be permitted to accompany you inside — including children, partners, and friends. Regarding appointments for children, one parent/adult may be present. Unfortunately, we will not be offering beverages at this time.
We have been busy preparing our space and have implemented additional practices into every aspect of our operation to ensure a safe environment for everyone. Our stylists have completed additional sanitation training as required by the Ohio State Board of Cosmetology and we are allowing for additional time between appointments to thoroughly sanitize between guests.
For some of those who have missed a color appointment, we may run short on time due to the length of your regrowth. Blow-drying/styling will be limited and some guests may need to leave with damp hair.
