POLICIES

APPOINTMENTS:

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure full service. If you are excessively late, rescheduling may be necessary. Please inform us of any special needs, allergies or sensitivities you may have when scheduling your appointment so we can better accommodate you.

CONFIRMATION:

Parlour will call and confirm your service appointments 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If we are unable to reach you and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and cancellation fees. If you like, we can also send an email and/or text reminder.

CANCELLATIONS:

You are very important to us at Parlour and this appointment time is reserved especially for you. However, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. For the sake of our staff and other clients, we request at least 24-hours notice for cancellations.

  • Less than 24-hours notice will result in a charge equal to 30% of the reserved service amount.

  • “No Shows” will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.

  • Appointments made within a 24-hour period that need to be cancelled: The client must cancel within 4 hours of the appointment time or this will result in a charge equal to 30% of the reserved service amount.

This cancellation policy allows us time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeps our team members’ schedules filled. Thank you for viewing and supporting our policies and criteria!
